Strategy & Communications

  • Oversees Director of Budget to accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; managing department expenditures and income

Data Collection and Management

  • Understand data currently collected and stored, and identify additional data for collection.
  • Oversees Data Specialist in the management of data and evaluation systems, data cleaning, warehousing and integrity, and evaluation activities.
  • Manage implementation and ongoing maintenance of cloud-based, CRM-enhanced database to capture the involvement of 20,000+ young adults.
  • Train new and existing staff on CRM roles and functionalities, and work closely with HLC team to ensure all data is documented systematically and reliably.
  • Collaborate with Space Mission India  program staff and IT staff to upgrade data collection and management process.
